The ideal candidate will need to develop new business relationships and manage relationships with existing customers. The selected figure will play a central role in the development of business dynamics and public relations. Responsibility
- Develop the Italian and foreign market for the ship dashboard simulator: definition of the business model, definition of strategic partnerships, definition of the supply chain (both the supply side of the ship dashboard simulator and the network side (sales)
- Representing the company in the main communication and networking events (initially for the ship dashboard simulator only, at the passage of time also for the other product lines).
- Interface with CEOs for strategic decisions. You are looking for a person to follow the strategic business choices for everything related to the commercial and development sector of the ship dashboard product line. The figure will have to actively participate in the modification of the company structure to cope with the opening of new markets and the definition of strategic business choices.
- Support in identifying key people to be located in other countries to establish trade relationships.
- Support, depending on the identification of new markets, in identifying locations where it is advantageous and/or necessary to open new locations.
- Development, as time passes and depending on the results, of a commercial and communication team to the outside for the ship dashboard simulator and other product lines.
Skills Required
- It requires technical and economic background, experience selling/buying products and/or even innovative software/hardware solutions, knowledge of the main IT tools and possession of a driver’s license. The profile is completed by strong relational and communication skills, initiative, autonomy, strong motivation, dynamism, seriousness, enthusiasm and orientation to results, proactive and with a strong attitude to problem-solving but above all flexibility (availability for travel on national and international territory).
Expected results, contract and salary and production awards
- They will be communicated during the interviews and will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience. The contract, downstream from the probationary period, will be indefinite.
